TheRewardsPass Privacy Policy

Version 1.0
Last revised on: April 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection (“Privacy Policy”) explains how THE AMBASSADOR CLUB INC doing business as TheRewardsPass (“TheRewardsPass,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information we collect through therewardspass.com, TheRewardsPass digital wallet pass, TheRewardsPass reward flows, related web pages, SMS programs, customer support, marketing communications, redemption processes, and other interactions with us collectively referred to as the “Services.”

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected directly by advertisers, app publishers, partners, affiliate networks, third-party offer providers, reward providers, payment providers, wallet platforms, or redemption providers under their own privacy policies. Separate privacy notices may apply to job applicants, employees, contractors, or business partners.

By using the Services, adding a TheRewardsPass wallet pass to your device, submitting information, participating in offers, receiving SMS messages, or requesting a reward or redemption, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. TheRewardsPass Services

TheRewardsPass is a United States-only rewards service operated by THE AMBASSADOR CLUB INC. It allows eligible adults age 18 or older to engage with qualifying offers, promotions, tasks, app installs, registrations, subscriptions, purchases, surveys, partner actions, and related content (“Offers”) from third-party advertisers and partners.

When applicable, eligible users may earn rewards subject to offer terms, tracking, attribution, advertiser approval, fraud review, validation, redemption requirements, and program rules.

TheRewardsPass may display reward progress or other information through a digital wallet pass, website, landing page, SMS message, email, dashboard, or other Service interface.

Some Offers, tracking, reward validation, and redemptions may be fulfilled, verified, or supported by third-party advertisers, affiliate networks, attribution providers, payment providers, reward providers, or redemption partners.

2. Your Choices and Their Implications

There is no obligation for you to participate in any Offer. If you choose to engage with an Offer, we may collect and share certain Personal Information, offer interaction data, attribution data, and validation information with the advertiser, partner, affiliate network, attribution provider, reward provider, or redemption provider associated with that Offer.

This sharing may be necessary to display the Offer, track your participation, validate qualifying actions, prevent fraud, calculate provisional rewards, administer rewards, or support redemption requests.

If you choose not to participate in an Offer, there are no negative consequences related to that Offer. However, you may not be eligible to receive rewards associated with that specific Offer unless you complete the applicable requirements and the qualifying action is properly tracked and validated.

3. SMS Messaging and Consent

TheRewardsPass may offer the ability to receive SMS or MMS messages from us. If you choose to opt in to SMS communications:

a. you provide your express written consent to receive promotional, transactional, informational, reward-related, and service-related text messages from or on behalf of TheRewardsPass;
b. message frequency may vary depending on your activity, participation, reward progress, redemption status, and engagement with the Services;
c. standard message and data rates may apply;
d. consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services;
e. you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us;
f. for help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us or contact support@therewardspass.com.

You may also contact us at privacy@tacmagazine.com with the subject line “SMS Opt Out” and include the phone number you wish to opt out.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from any other consent you may have provided. We do not automatically opt you into SMS messaging. SMS marketing requires your explicit action and consent through our opt-in process.

Phone numbers provided when opting into SMS alerts through our website, wallet pass flow, form, landing page, or other TheRewardsPass experience are used by TheRewardsPass to send you information about your participation, wallet pass, reward opportunities, progress updates, redemption status, support updates, and related Service communications.

TheRewardsPass does not share phone numbers collected for SMS consent with third parties for their own independent SMS marketing purposes.

18.4 Email Marketing

You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting privacy@tacmagazine.com.

We may still send non-promotional or service-related communications where permitted by law, such as messages about your wallet pass, participation, rewards, redemptions, support requests, legal notices, or security issues.
